What makes this different from the free demo?
The demo provides the pricing calculation and quantity comparison. The full download adds shop/customer details, PDF quotes, a local saved library, backups, exports, and actual job-profit checks.
Do I need Excel or a paid subscription?
No. The full tool is a single HTML file that opens in a desktop browser. It does not need an account or a monthly HemMargin subscription. You choose when to save a quote and should export backups regularly.
Can I use this for embroidery or screen printing?
This first version is designed around DTF and heat-press apparel jobs. It does not estimate stitch counts, separations, screens, or machine throughput. Use a method suited to those workflows.
Will the tool choose my costs or tax rate?
No. You supply them. Sample numbers are fictional. The tool estimates from those inputs; it does not guarantee profit or provide tax or accounting advice.
Does my customer data leave the tool?
The calculator and full file make no network requests. The full version saves selected quotes in your browser and exports backups to files you control. The hosted website still involves normal web requests handled by its host. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and download access under its own privacy terms. What does the purchase cover?
One purchasing business may use the supplied version internally on its own devices and share the quotes it creates. The toolkit itself may not be resold or redistributed. Future features and indefinite updates are not promised. Purchases use the Digital Solutions store on Lemon Squeezy.
